Keith at iCabinetry was so helpful and made the process of remodeling the kitchen in our new fixer-upper house a better experience. Last year doing a remodel during Covid was a challenge to say the least. The cabinets were timely and great quality for the price point I needed. Even now, 9 months later, Keith is doing a great job getting me information so that I can stain match some additional trim I am now putting up.

Unfortunately we did not have the 5 star experience iCabinetry was rated. We ordered custom cabinets for our shallow bathroom with Jack and Jill doors. We told them we had exactly 19 inches of depth available to work with. When the cabinets arrived they were a finished 20 inches. Rude customer service told us that was what we ordered after we asked how the situation could be remedied. We are clearly not professional cabinet designers - how were we to know that the cabinet depth does not include doors? This should have been communicated clearly, or the professionals should have considered our initial
