Mr. Stone was a generous supporter of the community as evidenced by continued support of Baltimore area Hospitals, Hospice, and other worthy Charities. Mr. Stone's career started as a carpenter and he worked his way to forming his own construction company in his late 20's. In 1974 he decided to expand into the commercial real estate business and built his first office building.

Our highly praised maintenance department is definitely the backbone of APM. Our head of maintenance, Mike Kelley, has been with the company since 1988 and even assisted in the construction with all of the buildings since he was hired on. His knowledge and experience in construction and our portfolio make him a very valuable asset to our company.
