Golfing at River Hills Golf & Country Club is a year-round pleasure on unique Tom Jackson fairways in a quiet locale with a get-away feeling of peaceful timelessness. Crushed limestone helps outline the greens, adding a pleasing visual aspect. Tall pine trees surround the course, and lush live oaks around the greens add to the sense of southern serenity.

In the recent past, River Hills has hosted two of the NGA Tours (now Swingthought.com). Current River Hills GM/Head Professional David Spoone used to work for the Tour, and during the time of the Tour's play at River Hills, David was the rules official. David estimates that upwards of 50% of the young people on the PGA Tour have played at River Hills at some point during one of the NGA Tours golf tournaments.

Throughout the year, during holiday seasons you'll always find the River Hills pro shop decked out with holiday-themed decorations. This makes shopping even more fun-except during Halloween, when you might get a little scared! All of the merchandise in the extensively stocked pro shop displays the River Hills logo.
