Very friendly and fast service,i waited 10 min i was in the back getting my eyes measured.I have medical,i knew what frames i wanted, the doctor was very friendly,he gave me a great eye exam,it takes 4 weeks or more to get my free glasses,i have no problem waiting,they're free people.i cant wait to go back.

I have tried to contact the office multiple of times to check the status of my daughter glasses, they never answer the phones. They do not verify parents identity. I brought my daughter in over 10 weeks ago and her glasses barely came in yesterday. I called today for an appointment Alondra said they did not have any available after I requested to speak with a supervisor they magically had one for today. They also claimed to be working in the office since Monday with no doctor and since yesterday with NO supervisor. Poor office management!! Call EyeCheck Optometry instead!

Went to this place for years. Some receptionist were very friendly, and others I felt were just rude and unconcerned about their patients. Always annoyed me that the doctor kept trying to sell me contacts each time after telling him I hated wearing them. Finally decided to go to another place after the ludicrous treatment by this doctor. Told him that my vision had worsen, but he stubbornly said my vision had not and tried to sell me a ridiculous story that 'everyone has a baseline limit to seeing and mine was just at that limit' (something like that). Made no sense. Went to another place, and

My daughter trying to get the Contacts but the girl that trains her never there i swear they need to train someone else 2 times she rescheduled its waste of my time and my daughter time because shes in school like the doctor cant even show her how to put them on worst service

Best eye dr ever takes time to explain what's going on an the staff is so polite an helpful. I look forward to go there for my eye appts.i highly recommend this place.
