Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. Young, immature kids who repeatedly violate HIPAA laws and are incredibly rude. The pharmacist will complain out loud about the lack of money he is being reimbursed by insurance companies and even cash paying customers. I never leave reviews but this place needs to be called out.

Always friendly. Also have prescription delivery. Some prices a little more expensive than chain store pharmacies, but I try to give them my business because they're a small hometown business. They also have a wonderful gift section.

The staff is not on the same page with one another and the staff tells you that the delivery will be in at 5 and then I get home and have my mom call and they tell her it won't be in till tomorrow this is the worst Pharmacy that I ever went through my mom gets a lot of meds filled at this Pharmacy and we will switch to a different Pharmacy cuz this Pharmacy don't have their stuff together it's always fun organized they are always slow play always on the same page as the other staff members it's all the time we come there and get prescriptions filled my mom makes them a lot of money with all her

This place has went down hill over time.. never have things in stock, tells you it'll be in tmrw but its 2 or 3 days later. They can't find scripts that are sent- for the 2nd or 3rd time because they say they dont have it. (Twice now, they have had it and said sorry the worker didnt see it) You sit in the drive thru behind the person at the window for 10-15 mins. They are very unorganized anymore. And a few rude employees as well. Pharmacist, is very kind and helpful but i dont know if they just got to busy for their staff or what.

I love this pharmacy! I was having an insurance issue (imagine that). And when the drop off line got too long a man came out from behind the counter and started helping people. Well he seen that I was upset and personally went back behind the counter and got to the bottom of it. Turns out it was the owner. And let me also mention that when I was checking out I learned that it was his son who originally waited on me and I remember thinking what a nice young man. He seemed to really mean it when he told me to have a nice day. As someone who works with the public I appreciate good customer service

I added a review a few weeks ago that the "owner" replied and apologized. I just saw that today.
Also, earlier today I went into Thompson's pharmacy to have a prescription refilled (out of convenience.) After about an hour of waiting a man came out and asked to speak with me. No problem I thought. He then asked me into the side hallway with another worker present, I'm guessing for accountability purposes, and said he had recognized my name from this not so good review. I explained to him everything I had written, explained I had tried to contact them personally to no avail. He took no responsibility
