We offer training in one of the traditional Japanese Karate styles, Shotokan, to our members in the Moody, Leeds, Odenville, Pell City and Trussville, AL area. The benefits achieved by training martial arts are lifelong creating a strong constitution and confidence while enhancing personal character.
Class Schedule

As your progress in rank, you can and are encouraged to train in the classes prior to your belt level. For the standard program student, we recommend at least 3 classes per week, but encourage as many classes as possible. 7th Kyu (Orange Belt), 6th Kyu (Purple Belt), 5th Kyu (Red Belt) and 4th Kyu (Green Belt) are the intermediate belt levels.

This program is specifically geared toward our youngest students (ages 5 to 7). It is designed to teach basic karate techniques while developing strength, fitness, coordination, self-defense, concentration and confidence. More importantly, it gives them a fun, but disciplined environment where they will learn to listen, follow instructions, show good manners and be respectful of others.
