This review is for a rental at Atlantis and experience with staff of Coastal Resort Rentals in Ocean City, MD. We rented a unit at Atlantis directly with Coastal Resort Rentals for a week in August of 2021. After a 7 hour drive we stopped by the office and picked up the key. We went to the condo building, got into the unit, and unpacked. We were about to take a nap as we we tired when the door bell rang. The cleaning crew came to clean the apartment. We had no choice but to leave the apartment. We were told it would take them 20-30 minutes to clean. I don’t know how a two bedroom two bathroom

Myself and a group of friends stayed at the 19th Hole condo through this rental company for four days, and although the location of our condo was amazing, the air conditioning broke less than a day we were there. We contacted the rental company multiple times to get the repairs done and they weren’t able to get them done in the time we were there. This situation put a major dent in our enjoyment of the vacation.

This place is a scam. My nephew is 22 in the military and came down for vacation and was refused his room because he’s not 25. They never said nothing when they ran his card for $1700 for 4 days. I came over and asked for a refund the larger lady refused a refund saying we voided the contract. Why because he’s 22? Avoid this place at all cost. Got him a ocean front room at days inn for $800. SCAMMERS…

Ocean City Maryland high rise condominium is the perfect location in a great section of town for a wonderful, safe vacation. Building manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Restaurants and stores are all within walking distance.
Coastal resorts managed the rental of condominiums in this building.
My favorite unit is 2001, recently renovated with a great view of the ocean and bay.

I used to use VRBO for vacation rentals without problems, the past two years there has been one problem after another. Overall neither vrbo or those who list their homes on this site seem to concerned for their customers. Last year I tried to rent several different properties and there was an issue with each of the home owners. This year I tried to rent a property from Coastal resort sales and rentals. They did not make a$99 fee for cancellation evident on their site. It is not on their page. You have to click on the rental agreement and it is buried in their. On the site it says 100% free cancellation

Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals has been amazing and have gone the extra mile for our family. For all the negative reviewers, please remember you were vacationing during the summer of 2020 during Covid-19 pandemic. Businesses were doing all they could to survive and many were short-staffed. Patience gets you a long way and will help you rest relax and unwind

Our rental condo was not ready on time, the manager was rude, she lied about the terms of the agreement and when we finally got into our condo there was sand everywhere, dirty dishes in the sink and full trash cans from the prior tenant - and we saw the cleaning crew of four leaving. Costal Resort Sales and Rentals does not manager their business well and treats their customers horribly. Rent elsewhere.

I worked with Coastal for 4 years to arrange family vacations. This year I paid $2500 down and covid hit us. I completely forgot about the rental until one week prior to the dates of rental when I received a call stating I needed to pay the balance due or loose the rental. I didn’t work during covid and didn’t qualify for unemployment so no income. I was unable to pay the balance and asked them to release the rental.
I explained this to the male agent and was told I get no refund since I didn’t cancel 30 days prior. To add insult to injury an additional $650 was taken from my bank account
