DONT NOT RENT HERE ROACH INFESTED.
If I could do zero I would. My Daughter was very eager to move in her first very own apartment, was suppose to move in November 1st which did not happen and when she finally got her keys she went tooo clean prior to move in the apartment was infested with roaches, she notified the management the next day and they said they were going to exterminate but they only do it on Wednesdays this was I believe on a Friday so of course she wasnt moving in under those conditions anyway they told her they was giving her a larger unit but would have to pay a little more which

If you are looking to live somewhere where the staff doesn’t care about their tenants you have found the right place. I have been having mice in my apartment for four months and have spoke with the staff about it, and still having the issue. Regional Manager Dan let me know it was not uncommon for pest control to come to an unit for more than two months depends on the situation. They all lack communication and will not follow up with you when they say they will. I have lived on this property for about 6 years and they have changed staff just about every year. This is the worst staff I have ever

This place is responsive, clean, well maintained and beautiful. Perfect for all families from young couples to married with kids! Very green and suburban feel in the neighborhood. Perfect in terms of distance from many cities! Lots of accessible places for basic needs and activities to do! I would recommend asking for Courtney if you are interested, she made this whole process smooth from touring to receiving our keys :)

I love being apart of the Arcadian community. I feel safe and the staff and members of the community are very friendly. One of the staff members, Ashley, has always been super helpful to meet any needs I may have and her response time is amazing. I never have to wait long for any maintenance issues or answers to questions I may have. I am so impressed with this community that I have decided to stay a while longer. Thank You, Arcadian for your amazing and effortless works to providing a wonderful living atmosphere for all your residents.

I haven’t even moved in yet, but I’m extremely impressed. The staff is total and complete AWESOMENESS!!! Courtney, Keith, Zara, & the property manager Melrose exceeded my expectations. The grounds of the property are well maintained and the units are remodeled like an episode of HGTV’s Property Brothers.
The rental application process was easy and efficient, the amenities are to die for. All the maintenance staff is friendly. The leasing staff appears to know all the tenants on a first name basis.
If you are looking for a great community with a sense of camaraderie, this is the place ðŸ

We moved in 1 month ago, and couldn't be more delighted with the new place! The professionalism of Keith, Courtney and Ashley is absolutely outstanding, and the maintenance staff is responsive, timely and they get it done efficiently and correctly! The area is peaceful and quiet - something that is truly welcome. We're in one of the renovated units, and it is simply awesome. We love it here!

I cannot stress this enough when I say this is the best experience i've had. The application process was so easy and convenient in every aspect.
Keith and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Their kindness and their attentiveness is rare in this type of field. I haven't had too many pleasant experiences with rental properties/apartment communities but this place is a gem! :)

I lived at the Arcadian from 2017-2019. The apartments are overpriced for standard apartments. Management was blah...there is consistent turn-over with staff. I decided not release my lease for several reasons:
-every month the water bill was split for everyone in the building, doesn't matter on your usage (be prepared to pay other resident's water bill)
-overfilled trash bins with raccoons; recycling area looks like a dump
-BGE bill was outrageously high for such a small apartment .
Overall the experience was blah, as most apartments.

My girlfriend and I just moved into one of the newly renovated Arcadian apartments last month. We're super happy with the community and the service provided. The area is very quiet and wooded and our apartment feels like a treehouse. We have had 2 minor maintenance issues during the move and both times the Arcadian crew had the problem fixed the next day super quick.
Keith hustled to get our lease approved on a quick timeline and we were very happy with his hard work.
For anyone looking to be in a calm community with good service and neighbors, I highly recommend Arcadian.

The apartments themselves? They're fine, a bit bland as most apartments are but for all intents and purposes they're alright.
Your choices for cable are limited to DISH and Comcast. BGE is the electric provider. The BGE bill for 2 of us in a 1 bedroom was always around $110. Water is grouped in with your rent. The pet fee is $30 a month and there is a nonrefundable pet deposit. They require renters insurance. They do offer a gym which is very small and there is a racquetball court. I have lived at Arcadian for several years and have witnessed this building under 5-6 management companies. As you can imagine, things got very confusing as each company had different expectations and policies. Quest management recently took over and this was the final straw for several residents, including myself. They had very different expectations and policy changes that greatly affected the culture of the community. Prices quickly increased without proper maintenance and solutions to preexisting conditions on the grounds. The apartments are outdated and do not reflect the price increase. The

DO NOT live here. IF you choose to be prepared to pay other resident's water bill and not have maintenance fix things correctly and outragous BGE bills and have NO choice of cable service BUT Comcast. Apparently the apartment complex and in this area of Montgomery County works on a rub system or something. This is what was told to me after I was billed for $100 in water for a family of 3. Your billed is based on the water usage and payments of the building you occupy. So if the building where they have an apartment available is missing 5 residents you are making up for those 5 less people
