Incredibly unreliable. They are supposed to transport my elderly father to memory care, and they are frequently 20 minutes early or late, in an inappropriate vehicle (far too high for him to climb in) and with dispassionate drivers that don't know how to care for elders. I am always concerned that my father will suffer a fall because of this company's incompetence.

We rode with them for the first time today. Drivers were wonderful. The van was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. It was really hot today. They were right on time for pick up and return ride. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend switching to a different cab company. The only thing that I like about Axel is their drivers. The drivers are very polite and friendly! My main complaints are with the distributors. They aren't very good at communicating with the clients and are very rude. Bad attitude and just such a hassle. Not worth your energy or time. To all the Axel drivers, y'all rock!
