We’ve lived here over a year now, we used to live in the one bedroom option on the 3rd floor we had an iffy experience at first just because it was a little outdated and previous tenants I don’t think took care of it very well but maintenance always fixed our issues and we love the new maintenance team especially. We recently moved into the townhome option and we love it so much. It’s the perfect size for us and we are happy with the price. We’ve always loved the management and the community here!

Honestly I use to love living here.. now not so much. For “ luxury” apartments or as they call themselves they truly aren’t. Also as for the new managers I’m not a fan. I have lived here for over two year, my repairs were always put on the back burner and when I was shown the apartments for a tour it is nothing like I got. Over priced for sure. I’m also losing my sense of security at this property. My internet went down during finals week for my online class and covid 19. To say I was stressed is an understatement. I’m an essential employee working late hours and was unable to contact the office during normal Monday - Friday business hours when this occurred. Allie personally came out to my apartment on a weekend to try to get the issue resolved for me. She went above and beyond to try everything possible to get my internet back up and running. I really do love it here With the 1 full year I’ve been here My Unit is very Quiet.
But here are some of the small issues I run into. I constantly smell weed... when I go out walking the Complex And I can tell you the exact areas. And apartment numbers. And I honestly think there’s more than weed as far drugs being sold
But I want peace in my Neighborhood
The “Pool Security”. thinks she is an Actual Security Officer. And takes it too far with the Kids. Saying they are too Loud and Are “-Rough Housing Too Much”. Really. They are kids. And are not Trespassing and aren’t bothering

I don't know who was managing the apartments before, but I love it here. The management is great. Every time I have complained or needed something fixed it was dealt with either immediately or within a day. I love the unlimited printing, grill, hot tub, walking distance to the park (which I and my dog both enjoy), and the friendliness of Tanaja and Justin. If you can't tell, I really enjoy it here, don't plan on moving for the foreseeable future.

Will screw you over with your lease terms. Took over a month to have the light outside my apartment fixed so that I could actually see when it was dark to unlock my door. Smells terrible. Cops there several nights a week for disturbances. Never in the office and rarely answer the phone. Absolute worst place I've ever lived. Live ANYWHERE but here. Absolutely terrible.

It's not awful living here but I don't like it. I am a current resident. I feel like I pay too much for what I'm getting. There is an awful draft at the front door. The floors are obviously uneven when you walk from room to room. There is mold on the air vents. There is a mouse infestation. I reported it once and they claimed they fixed it but a month later I physically saw the mouse twice due to them poorly sealing all the holes in the walls and cracks between appliances. There is no room for storage and the leasing office is always closed and the blonde lady that works there is always On lunch

If I could put a NEGATIVE 5 STARS on this property I would. The reviews with 5 stars are bull. I am sure those people were paid to put that on there. The other reviews are more precise on how horrible this place is ran. If you are a person who loves getting screwed over month after month and loves to just hand people all the money that you have then come and live here. That is the ONLY thing this place is good at. They were taught by their corporate office on how to screw people over and not give a crap. The ugly hearted women in the office are just for show. Just a pretty face to walk into. They
