An Outstanding Optometrist which values your time and provides you with suggestions. Dr. Ratty lets YOU decide how you to want to spend your money. They also have fantastic customer service and really care about their customers. My fianc had an eye emergency and she was able to get in to have him look at her within the same hour, even though it was past closing time. You just can't find places with that kind if service any more these days.

Where do I start...I've never have submitted a review in my life however today I will...ive been coming to this office for close to 20 years and Everytime I do, I drop at least a thousand dollars. After this last visit I paid in full and my wife and I got out of there under a grand ...we tually celebrated that fact..upon picking up the glasses the girl helping my wife informed her that she owed 100 more dollars! How does that work! She said they messed up on the math! Well! That's your fault! Eventually they dropped the issue..the conversations I had with the office and the unprofessional ladies

Contact prices are above regular price and they refuse to hand over your contact prescription despite you, as the patient, being legally allowed to have your own prescription.
