If you need a home inspection completed, I strongly suggest you contact Dale, he is highly knowledgeable, does incredibly in depthwork, not only will you receivea thoroughinspection and recommendationsbut he also included information above and beyond what he needed to. Dale is a friendly and knowledgeableperson who is happy to go over the report with you if needed and was always availableto answer questions. By far the best home inspection we have ever had completed.

We were beyond satisfied with our experience with Appalachian Home Inspections. Dale was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He was courteous, punctual, honest, professional, and fair. He gave us valuable information about our home and about ways to make necessary repairs easier and more affordable. Being first-time home buyers, this was much appreciated. He even sent us information after the inspection about a place that he found some inexpensive materials that we might be able to use! Very thoughtful, and certainly beyond our expectations. He had a drone that he used to take
