We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord to manage and maximize the value of your residential property. We have an extensive portfolio of single family homes and townhouses and multi-family units in Harrisonburg, Rockingham County and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley.

Priority Property Management's commercial management service is designed to meet the needs of each individual commercial property owner. We provide the management services you need, including but not limited to maintenance coordination, vendor agreements, property upgrades, bill payment, rent collection, tenant communications and common area maintenance accounting and reconciliations.

Upon receipt of all application documents and fees, will commence screening the following: (1) Credit Report; (2) Eviction History; (3) Household Income; (4) Previous Landlords and Addresses; and (5) Criminal Background.Scans or photos are sufficient for most documents.
