Appointment Request

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to request an appointment. One of our team members will contact via phone to get your appointment date/time scheduled. This website does not allow online scheduling. Our office policy is if the cancellation is made within 24 hours or same of the appointment time, there will be a $45 hygiene cancellation fee, or a $150 doctor/dental treatment fee.

Meet Dr. Milenbaugh, DDS
Report
Dr. Corbin D. Milenbaugh earned his D.D.S. degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003, and also attended Milligan College from 1995-1999 earning his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Milenbaugh furthered his dental education by completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2004.
