We used Arthur for our new build pre drywall meeting and we couldnt be more happier with our choice. He was so thorough in his observations, pointed out to everything that was concerning, very detail oriented. At the end he provided useful insight into everything he included in his report. Very happy and we will use his services at our final walkthrough, as well as 11 month warranty inspection.
