No problem with the guys personally. Quality and Price are great if you can get your product from them. Service and relationship was fine up until a few months ago when they failed to leave my banners out on multiple occassions, answer their phones, texts ( no answering machine either ) and respond to emails. When they do answer their emails, what you're told, you can't count on. They're unreliable and won't be using them in the future.

It was 1st time experience to order printing with Printer's Cove. The quote request was sent through their website and I had seamless experience from the very beginning. Printer'd Cove manager Alex was the 1st to reply among all the printing companies briefed. After getting 4 more quotes, they appeared to be the lowest as well. 5 PVC boards and 10 vinyl posters were printed and shipped to us within 24h. Moreover, we had a problem with the wrong sized artwork, which was corrected complimentary. I believe I found another reliable partner for marketing services.
