Back Pain Treatment
We address back pain through detailed evaluations identifying root causes like muscle imbalances or spinal misalignments. Treatment plans incorporate core strengthening exercises, manual manipulation, and posture correction techniques. Our goal is to alleviate pain while improving spinal stability and long-term function through personalized rehabilitation programs.
Knee Pain Treatment
Our knee pain specialists use biomechanical assessments to identify issues causing discomfort during movement. Treatment combines quadriceps strengthening exercises, joint mobilization techniques, and activity modification strategies. We focus on restoring natural knee function while preventing future injuries through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
Shoulder Pain Treatment
We specialize in treating shoulder pain through rotator cuff strengthening programs and range-of-motion exercises. Our manual therapy techniques address soft tissue restrictions while personalized rehabilitation plans focus on restoring natural shoulder mechanics. Treatment emphasizes preventing recurring injuries through targeted strengthening protocols.

Michael is an amazing physical therapist and a great coach. Very knowledgeable, professional, and also very warn. I came to Michael for treatment of knee pain. I had ACL and Achilles reconstruction surgery back in 2017 and 2019, so its hard for me to really play basketball without any hesitation. Michael taught me how to built up muscle and strength in a challenging but safely way, and now I can play sports again in pain free!! Highly recommend to people who suffers in injury and want to do something to change about it.

I came to Dr. Mike Chin for treatment of upper and mid back pain. I had been to other physical therapists, but their treatments were not effective. Mike has a unique treatment that I found was effective and was able to improve my condition. His exercise plan helped manage the pain. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and also very caring. I will be going to him on a regular basis for maintenance and highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing physical pain.

I went to Michael for problems I was experiencing with my knee and cannot recommend him highly enough! From the second you walk through the door you can tell Michael is organized and prepared to help you feel better. He takes time to understand the problem and offers many strategies to help. He showed me how to maintain proper form when squatting to take pressure off my knee and gave me strengthening exercises and stretches. All around great experience! Thanks P3!

I want to thank Michael for his help to get my mobility back. I had a right shoulder injury last August that my 1st orthopedic surgeon indicated that some patients might never fully recover, and only be able to do very basic chores in daily lives like brushing teeth. And I should wait a bit before going to physical therapy as it may get worse. Four months after my injury, I still felt quite a bit of pain on my right shoulder, couldnt lift my right hand up without spending a great deal of effort. I lost most of my flexibility that I started worrying I would never get it back. I got approval from
