
Andy is a graduate of the prestigious Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York and is also a member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). Andy grew up in Little Falls, NY, graduated from Dolgeville Central School in 2001 and received his bachelors degree from SUNY Geneseo in 2005.
He has always had a passion for athletics and physical training. Having worked as a personal trainer, participated in several sports throughout school and recording elite level run times while serving in the United States Navy, Andy understands the benefit of massage therapy for optimizing performance, recovery and overall health maintenance.

Swedish Massage involves long, gliding strokes, kneading strokes, rhythmic tapping strokes and range of motion of the joints.
