Nicole Marshall is a transplant from San Diego and has been offering her signature fare for over three years in and around Madison County in her mobile food truck. She's excited to finally open a brick and mortar restaurant in the village of Hamilton. Nicole's husband, Matthew Marshall is the manager of M&M Press, a local printing company in Hamilton, NY.
