Florida Roof installed a new roof on my house, carport, and detached garage after Hurrican Sally damaged it. The work was well done and performed right on schedule. The price was on par with what other roofers in the area were charging. The office staff was responsive on the business end of it, such as keeping me up to date on progress and seeing that I got the correct documentation from them to facilitate my insurance claim. I would definitely recommend Florida Roof to others.

I can’t say enough about this Company. They did an excellent job on my hip roof. Always so nice and willing to help me in any way they could. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Worked hard to protect my inside house from becoming wetter before getting tin on the roof. An amazing company. Highly recommend them.

On 22 June 2017 I called Florida Roof to get a quote for a roof repair. I spoke with Teresa Bruce. On 27 June 2017 Michael Santhuff provided a verbal estimate of $950. Mr Santhuff stated he was a subcontractor of Florida Roof and even though they were backed up, he would be able to perform the repair that day because he already had most of the… materials in his truck. After the repair was performed Mr Santhuff provided a hand written receipt with the name of the company, his name and total amount charged. After the next rainstorm, the roof continued to leak in the same spot. Mr. Santhuff
