Hayley and Jacki from FV365 took excelent care of our vacation property for 7+ years, after we had some serious issues with our previous management company. They are very trustworthy and reliable. I'd definetly do business with them again.

"CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!"
This has got to be the worst experience that I've had to go through while booking a vacation stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the reservations the very next day after making them, and still over a month and a half before the actual trip. Weeks later have still yet to receive our refund (That was never supposed to be charged in the first place until check-in) Not to mention that I was charged twice . After several failed attempts to reach someone, we finally got through to someone named Hayley, only to be given the run around, and told that we should

We stayed at Sweetwater Circle in 2009 with my sister and booked there again this month. Hayley was so friendly and helpful over the phone. We traveled by van with our daughter, her fiance and 2 toddlers from Maine! We arrived a little early...Hayley said no problem and got us right in! We loved the family atmosphere of the outdoor property and the villa was perfect. The last thing we want during vacation is to step out the door to traffic or a hotel parking lot...no worries with that...it was so clean and peaceful. I would have loved to book again with them but i had to cancel at the beginning of october (within the free cancellation period) and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I have asked and was told they switched banks and it has delayed things.

This past weekend we stayed in a condo in the Sweetwater Club Complex in Kissimmee and we were very comfy!! Everything we needed was there and very clean! Towels in abundance, comfortable beds and a large coffeemaker that brewed an excellent cup.
Hayley is so wonderful to book with...very friendly, very accommodating and super easy to contact for any questions or requests while there. I will be booking again w/ FL Vacations 365 next time I need a condo! Thank you so much Hayley!

Not trustworthy of me staying at this property ever due to the fact that they can't issue a refund back on a reservation that I never stayed in that I had canceled. And the Mgr owner operator has deceived me in this process of getting refund back by telling me it's been issued when 3 weeks later it's not issued.
