If you have an email address that was put into our system, please check there for an email with the subject line "Appointment Reminder" and you can find your new patient forms there. Please get them filled out and signed before your first appointment with us. If you do not have access to an email address, please print these out, fill them in, and bring them to your primary appointment.

An acupuncture treatment will generally last 40-60 minutes, with the exception of our first meeting which may take a little longer as we get to know each other and get a clear sense of our goals in working together. A treatment will generally begin with checking in for a few minutes, followed by an exam in which the practitioner will feel the pulse, examine the tongue, and assess pain and mobility.

I currently accept medical insurance, as well as auto insurance (Personal Injury Protection (PIP)) claims. I am a preferred provider for many health insurance companies, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Regence, Premera, and Lifewise. Please call me if you have questions regarding your coverage, or contact your insurance company and ask if I am an in-network provider.
