Booked a load of tires to be delivered and the broker gave the wrong appointment time.usually I try to work past these problems but brokers hung up on me refusing to address the issue other than they admitted they dropped the ball. Very unprofessional load # 534594

Stay away from this broker, I book load for them 19k weights, after I received the ratcan shows 42k weights, when I call them one of the lady told me to take the load or leave is up to me..... owner operator stay away from this company.

Booked a load with Patrick. Lane was North Dakota to New York. When I arrived at a weigh station I was informed I was overweight. When I called Patrick to let him know he resolved the problem instantly with the shipper. They agreed to take 4 pallets off to get me to legal weight. Patrick also covered my dead head back to this shipper which was $500 for 150 miles. This guy is a true professional. I appreciate his generosity and hard work to get a this problem resolved immediately. I will be doing a lot more loads with these guys in the future.
