Where to begin? Shook is one of the... No scratch that. Shook IS the best dealership!! We went there 4 years ago and started to finance in house. 2 years later we were able to trade in and get a better vehicle. Last month we traded that vehicle in and upgraded Friday. Bryan and Scott gave us a heck of a deal on my husband's car. Both vehicles are soild, good running, and reliable!!! Bryan has done great for us!!! The whole staff is polite and they make you feel like family! Thank you Shook we really appreciate you guys!!!

I absolutely love Shook Auto. They have gone above & beyond helping me get into the vehicle I WANT. Marlea helped me buy my first car, a Chevy Cobalt. Now looking at buying my second with her as well, and I couldnt be more excited. When my cobalt needed service - Bruce & the Finance department were there to help me every step of the way. Purchased a complete lemon here. The transmission went out about 3 weeks and a little over 1,000 miles later. Of course it was outside the warranty period so they still charged some for a rebuilt tranny but would not give a new warranty on it. We're supposed to also fix a leak in the exhaust and replace a malfunctioning sensor, they did neither. Now looking for a new, more dependable vehicle, even though I have only owned this one for 6 months. Do not purchase from these crooks, I should have listened to all of the locals that warned me against it. If customers in the immediate area call you
