Services
Massage Therapy
Customized sessions ranging from 30-120 minutes address muscle tension and chronic pain. Our licensed therapist combines multiple techniques including Swedish massage and deep tissue work to improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote healing. Clients receive personalized treatment plans based on their specific health goals and physical needs. This foundational therapy serves as the basis for many specialized treatments.
CranioSacral Therapy
Gentle head-to-spine manipulation releases central nervous system tension using light touch techniques. This non-invasive therapy improves mobility in neck, back, and hip areas while addressing stress-related conditions. Sessions can be standalone treatments or integrated into regular massage sessions for enhanced therapeutic benefits.
Prenatal Massage
Specialized treatments for expecting mothers use side-lying positions and supportive cushions to ensure comfort. Focused work alleviates pregnancy-related aches while promoting circulation and emotional well-being. Sessions address common discomforts like back pain and swelling while supporting overall maternal health throughout all trimesters.
Hot Stone Massage
Ancient healing technique using heated basalt stones to warm muscle tissue and enhance relaxation. The combination of temperature therapy and massage improves circulation, releases deep muscle tension, and promotes detoxification. Warm stones are strategically placed while the therapist works surrounding areas for maximum therapeutic effect.
Reflexology
Targeted pressure application to foot reflex points sends calming signals through the nervous system. This specialized technique reduces tension in corresponding body areas and promotes systemic balance. Regular sessions help alleviate chronic stress patterns and improve overall wellness through the body's natural regulatory mechanisms.

You can tell that Aura is a professional from her techniques but also from being able to tell what I do and positions my body is in frequently, just from the feeling of certain tense muscles. Very relaxing massage, both during and the next day.

Aura was fantastic. She seemed very intuitive, but also open to communication to make sure you get the massage you need.
