I was 39 weeks pregnant when I walked through these doors. I came in for a technique to help open up the hips to facilitate baby to go head down, since baby was breach. I was riddled with aches and pains, accumulated from 9 months of pregnancy. And within a few adjustments I sprung up like a spring chicken! I honestly didn't even realize how much I was weighed down by the pain that prevented me from walking properly.
I also returned 2 months post partum and felt like I could run a marathon after my adjustment.

I travel for work as an electrician and I drive ALOT and I always have pain in my neck and back, so im no stranger to chiropractors. Dr Amso is the best I've found in all my travels... he knows his stuff and I am always treated well. Very reasonable price and no "treatment plans" or contracts... you come on your own terms. I can't say enough good things about this office

Doctor Amso is amazing. I went in with shoulder and neck pain That I was having to take pain medication for every single day. After leaving his office I have not had to take another pain medication. I am so thankful for the work he does. He also took a thorough history from me about surgeries, illnesses and medications geforce re he started any procedures. Also, his receptionists st, who happens to be his wife,,was very professional and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a chiropractor, and have.

The best chiropractor I've ever had. I've been seeing chiropractors for 15+ years due to a rare genetic condition makes me hyper mobile. Having a chiropractor that understands my condition and my strange quirkiness with my body is a extremely unique and wonderful thing to have. Dr. Amso takes the time to get to know his patients and what their specific needs are. This is not a snap crackle pop type of joint.

Dr.Amso and his wife, Lauren, are some of the most pleasant people you'll ever meet. Their office is always warm and welcoming, and Lauren greets you with a wonderful smile each time you walk through the door.
The Benicia office is very clean and decorated beautifully, always stocked with snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy while you wait.

I first saw Dr. Amso when I was pregnant with my second child. He has since treated me through another pregnancy to help make sure everything was properly lined up and then after to help my body get/stay aligned with all the strains of motherhood (nursing, lifting and carrying babies and car seats, etc). I have also brought my infants in to get adjusted when they are constipated with great success.
Not only is Dr. Amso effective, but he and his family make you feel at home in their beautiful, welcoming office. They are incredibly kind and genuinely care about each and every person that walks

Dr. Amso has helped me get through the last trimester of my pregnancy. I was having painful sacroiliac dysfunction & finally decided to do something about it. I was very fearful of having chiropractic care during pregnancy, but got to the point where I was having difficulty walking. I got over my anxiety & made an appointment.

I had pain in my hip starting in February 2016. I went my regular MD who diagnosed my problem and gave me instructions to do specific stretches which didn't help. My pain increased and I had difficulty walking. I thought I would have to live with this chronic sciatic pain for the rest of my life.
I felt hopeless and depressed when I first saw Dr Amso. He assessed my pain, took X-rays, and did some adjustments. Within seven days I was pain free. I could not believe it. It felt like a miracle.

Dr. Bashar, let alone an amazing doctor, but one of the coolest people to deal with. Very down to earth, he walks you through the healing process step by step and explains what he's doing.
As for the athletes, he himself does crossfit, so he's familiar with what you might be going through! Check him out, he's flexible on schedules too!

I am now 9 months pregnant and I have been seeing Dr. Amso since I first found out I was pregnant. I have had such a wonderful pregnancy and I owe it all to Dr. Amso. In my first trimester he helped with my excruciating headaches. As my little girl grew, she made my back and hips very uncomfortable. Dr. Amso is always considerate of my comfort level and gentle with my belly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is pregnant!
