As a proponent of natural, health-affirming treatment options I feel honored to introduce Hyperbaric Medicine to the Olympic Peninsula in the form of Mild Hyperbaric Therapy (mHBOT). Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is the medically-prescribed method of administering oxygen at greater than atmospheric pressure to a patient while he or she relaxes inside a pressurized chamber.

Old emotional wounds cause fears and misbeliefs that can be stored away in our subconscious; we have no idea the impact they have on our perceptions and choices in our daily life. We do, however experience the outcome of harboring these emotional wounds through patterns of continued frustration, disappointment, alienation, etc.
