At SkyWest we like to schedule an initial meeting with the Client to establish the lines of communication within the Builder/Client/Architect team. We level with you early on about your budget, rather than using the "foot in the door" low price, only to increase the cost later. During the bidding process, we thoroughly examine the costs and issues to arrive at an accurate budget upfront.

He built a custom home for my family in the Westlake area and he did it on time and under budget despite the complexities, setbacks and very demanding clients!
