Absolute worst business vendor Ive ever dealt with and I deal with many. Where to start.. the unprofessional women that answer the phone. Bad attitudes, numerous mistakes and no accountability. Drivers besides Craig theyre all incompetent. Deliveries wrong day of weddings, drop of orders but dont pick up bags of dirty linens for weeks oh and charge me $100s for unreturned linens as they sit there not picked up. And funny how you had a 1.4 rating 6 months ago. Gathering all your family and friends to help you out? Pathetic

We had to stop using Morgan Services due to poor service and undependable deliveries. They are trying to charge us for services that they did not provide and sent us to collections. They are unwilling to work with us and told us to prove it. We had to close our doors due to Covid-19 back in November 2020 and just re-opened March 2nd 2021. Unbelievable that during these trying times that they would do this to a restaurant. Would NEVER EVER recommend Morgan Services.

Contracts are hideously expensive, triple over time, and when I tried to cancel after 3 years they said no, I'm locked in until 2021, or I can pay them $22,000 to break my contract! I am a small dental office and cannot afford their ridiculous pricing. I have now found out that have a horrible reputation for being too expensive and price gauging amongst my fellow dentists. Stay away from this unreputable company! Buy your own lab coats and save a fortune.
