About
Report
When I look back at my 30+ years of experience in home building and construction I realize it has always led me here: finding the problems others overlook and being able to share my knowledge to help members of the community. I have always been the guy you call when you have a difficult or unique problem to solve.
Pre-Purchase inspection
Report
When you schedule an inspection with High range home, I highly encourage you to plan for 2 to 3 hours minimum. My inspections are highly participatory, and I encourage you to follow and ask questions. I like to cover every deficiency I find with you, in person; that way, when you receive the report, you have a complete understanding of your new home.
Pre-Listing inspection
Report
Our Complete Home Inspection for sellers is similar to a Pre-Purchase Inspection for buyers. We go through all your systems and thoroughly document minor and major issues with your home. We point out concerns that you as a home owner may be able to repair or address yourself, and report on and discuss issues that may require a professional.
Pest Inspection
Report
Rodents in Colorado are a problem not just because they can destroy personal property and create problems with a home's structure, but also because they can spread serious diseases to humans and their pets. Rodent-borne disease may be spread directly -- by touching rodents or their urine, feces or saliva -- or indirectly -- by coming into contact with fleas or other insects that have fed on an infected rodent host.
Mold/Moisture Inspection
Report
Colorado has a very dry climate and you wouldn't expect mold or moisture to be an issue, right? WRONG! Mold and moisture problems are prevalent in our area. Due to the extreme temperature differential in our homes between the heated moist indoor air and the cold outside air during the heating season, condensation in ceilings and walls can cause mold.
