Students learn stand-up, clinch, and ground fighting techniques while building discipline, focus, and self-defense capabilities. The program emphasizes both physical skill development and character growth through structured belt progression systems.
Little Dragon Program
Designed for 3-4 year olds, this program develops concentration and motor skills through fun, structured activities. Classes focus on building attention span, self-control, and confidence while preparing children for primary school and future martial arts training. The half-hour sessions use games and exercises to introduce basic martial arts concepts in a family-friendly environment.
C.O.R.E. Instruction
C.O.R.E. (Complete Offensive-Defensive Response Experience) provides practical self-defense skills for all ages. Participants learn situational awareness, attack prevention techniques, and physical responses to various threat scenarios. The program emphasizes real-world applications and empowers individuals to protect themselves while maintaining awareness of their surroundings.
Bully Awareness Training
This free community program educates children aged 5-17 about recognizing and responding to bullying. Through role-playing and awareness exercises, students learn to identify verbal, physical, and cyber abuse while developing appropriate response strategies. The curriculum helps build confidence and teaches non-reactive conflict resolution techniques.
Demo Team Performances
Our advanced students perform martial arts demonstrations at local events including the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs games and Kreidersville Covered Bridge Festival. The team showcases kata forms, weapons techniques, and advanced kicks while promoting martial arts values. Participation requires blue belt status and consistent training commitment.
