Absolutely thrilled with Untangled! They are as professional as caring for the animals. They gently wooed our four cats into having their nails trimmed (not their favorite pastime) and had our puppy clean & trimmed & smelling wonderful! The rates are more than fair and it's clear they do this business because they love animals and likes happy clients.
Communication was excellent, worked us into the schedule and when Austin traffic caught them, they called to let us know the new eta. I already have our next appointment scheduled and highly recommend Untangled! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Untangled! What a great experience! They are awesome to work with and the grooming on my "puppies" far exceed expectations!

Often, they are forced to wait for a grooming table in confined and cold cages, which causes them stress, confusion, and anxiety.

Here, we are looking at the sliding entry door in the back of the grooming area. The full size tub makes large pets a breeze and the slide out table bride eliminates lifting large breeds. This tub is great for grooming because it includes the Super Sudser bathing system and double drains for uneven parking services.

Untangled Pet Spa came out to my house last week to take care of my pom poms, when Jannette the groomer showed up she went right to my puppies and sat on the floor with them to get to know them first before she even started grooming. When jannette was finished with both of my dogs in less than two hours she brought them back to the door and they looked fabulous and smelled so AMAZING I knew I found my groomer for life.
