Five Star can help you with this, and we can set up the inspections and take care of any required updates. Our only purpose is to assist you in getting your home ready for rental. We don't profit from any required updates, of course, and you can either use our services or hire your own contractor.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and a rental agreement to the email provided within 24 hours. Please e-sign and submit the rental agreement with-in 72 hours. You will need your driver's license and credit card used for the reservation. A photo copy will be made of your drivers license before you are issued the keys to your cabin.
