Dr. Kennard L Herring was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and worked as a licensed optician before deciding to pursue a career in optometry. He completed his doctorate degree at Salus University in 2014. He has been trained in all areas of eye care and was previously enrolled in and completed an advance pediatric and vision therapy program during his tenure at Salus University.

When you walk through the doors of Nostalgic Eye Care you will be greeted with a warm and welcoming smile! Our frontline staff can handle any completed documents that you have (see downloads above). After we receive your documentation you will go to the exam room to meet Dr. Herring. He will review any health conditions, medications, and insurance information you have.
