I still have areas that have not been touched. There are demarcation lines that show an inch wide strip that never saw cleaner. While it was wet it looked great after drying there are places that needed extra attention. Paid in advance no bill or receipt left. In reply to your comment yes it was Chem Dry who I scheduled to clean the carpets of 309 1/2 Main St Cedar Falls. The bill was paid for under my boyfriend Tim.
