Ballet Classes
Our ballet program develops foundational technique through structured training for ages 3+. Students learn proper alignment, musicality, and artistry while progressing through levels from beginner to advanced. Classes emphasize barre work, center combinations, and performance preparation. Competition Teams
Our competition program challenges dancers to refine technical precision and stage presence. Teams rehearse choreography across multiple genres while learning discipline, teamwork, and performance etiquette. Master Classes

Summer Performance

Performances occur at Campbell Heritage Theatre with optional participation for all enrolled students.
Performance Awards
This program offers structured performance opportunities for ballet students aged 7+. Participants learn solo and ensemble choreography from classical repertoire while developing individual artistry. The non-competitive format allows dancers to demonstrate progress through recital-style presentations. Allison Fields co-owns Capitol Dance Company with her sister Taylor. A former professional dancer and choreographer, she brings extensive experience in dance education and studio management. She oversees curriculum development and artistic direction while teaching advanced classes.

Taylor Fields co-owns Capitol Dance Company alongside Allison. She manages administrative operations while teaching jazz and contemporary classes. My daughter is 4 years old. She went to the studio for one month. Today I was several minutes late for her pickup. I saw my daughter was outside of the studio. She was crying with two adults who was trying to help her. The teacher let all the kids out without seeing their parents even though shes only 4 years old! The teacher even didnt know that my daughter couldnt find her parents!Luckily she met the people who helped her and didnt go to the busy parking lot. The studio shouldnt let this happen today and should never let this happen again.
