My husband and I decided to redo our floors in our house and thankfully we went to Hallmark floors in Wyckoff! Hallmark Floors has a great selection of flooring. I was lucky enough to work with Farrah, and she was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. She listened to all my needs and concerns, and let me take home multiple samples. When I finally decided and ordered my floor, Farrah was completely involved and attentive as it was on backorder. She gave me updates every week regarding status. After purchasing a new home in Wyckoff, they sanded and refinished the hardwood floors throughout, and then helped us decide on a runner for the stairwell. I contacted Hallmark about replacing the carpet in my finished basement. They worked with my timeline and budget. The salesperson pulled great samples based on my wants and needs. She was very knowledgeable not only about their products but also design trends. The appointment for measuring was quick and easy. The install team was efficient and did great clean up. I'm so happy with the transformation, the look and feel is fantastic!
