Frankie is hands down, the best technician there. My mother has been using Dewey for about 2 years now, and she has had Frankie as her technician the whole time, and has no complaints. He's friendly, professional, easy to work with, and he really gets the job done. He took care of her mouse problem, and even the fleas have gone away (she has 3 dogs!).

After calling several exterminators, I realized they either don't answer, or can't get to you until the following day. Dewey answered, and the phone manners were excellent. They sent Sean out that same day, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
