The folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. We were in and out in short order. The Vet.was very nice and told us everything she knew about the health of our kitten. She will be our kittens go to Vet. from now on.

Called about having my Dog checked incase of a emergency, they force you to wear a mask in the building and not aloud to be in the room with your loved pet, I explain my female is a heeler and does not do well with people and will freak out, not only could I leave my Pup with people she don't know and scared. Will never go there or recommend going here.

Over charge on services, they push things that your animals dont need to try and get additional money from you. Its like being a blonde woman going into a auto car part store and have no clue what you need for your car. They will try and sell you free air and blinker fluid. Same experience two years in a row. I feel like the blonde woman now.
