My experience was very pleasant. Saw the property posting online, applied via website. I was contacted by Gayle that same day where she informed me I had been pre-approved. She scheduled a showing within 2 days. We were signing paperwork and settled before the end of the week. Very polite. Very prompt. Very pleased with the new place and the service.

Never never apply with this place they literally just gather all the applicants money and never give them a call or email THEY SEND YOU SNAIL MAIL on why you werent considered or whatever excuse they give after receiving your payment SO SAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TAKE ADVANTAGE...

Gayle and her assistant were very unprofessional. I called in regards to a duplex, spoke to Gayles assistant because Gayle was on vacation. After going online filling out the application and paying there application fee, I NEVER heard from Gayle or her assistant. I called multiple times and left messages. I never received a call back or an email in regards to the rental property. Maybe my economic status wasnt enough for her to respond and let me know I was denied ( for whatever reason) I will never go through LGL properties again. I dont recommend this company. Definitely not a good look
