With all the construction workers in the family, she had a lot of exposure to residential and commercial construction. Not until she sought qualified tradesmen on the Western Slope to work on a few things for her own properties, did she realize how badly the residential construction business on the Western Slope needed a woman's touch (a Gayle Touch!) in customer service, budgeting, hiring and managing.
