Residential Application

Our priority is to find a home that is right for your need. We offer a few different methods of processing your application to keep your expense to a minimum. We do not want to charge an applicant for a property they ultimately do not move into. We hear constantly from applicants who are hesitant to submit an application for fear of loosing $50-$100.
Application Process

Applicants who are working with a licensed real estate agent, simply need to let their agent know about a property they are interested in. Their agent may schedule a showing within the MLS. If you would like one of our agents to assist you with a property not listed with 1 Source Property Management, a full application is required prior to scheduling any property viewings, and a per viewing fee paid based on property location.
Application Requirements

Each application is reviewed individually to get a good understanding of the applicant's situation. While there is not a set minimum income, we want to ensure you are comfortable with the amount of rent set for a property. To qualify for a single month deposit, we look for a minimum of 3 times the rent amount as NET income.
