Customer service and care has gone down over the past few years. They used to be fantastic, had the best lawn in the neighborhood. Spraying started being spaced out, weeds started taking over. Multiple calls from me and requests for addl service from their own technicians went unanswered until I wanted to cancel. Even then, promises weren’t followed up on. Cancelled after being a customer for over 10 years.
