WHERE IT ALL BEGAN: Upon graduating high school, James "Jimmy" Harrington worked for 8 years as a machinist. In 1989 he began his career as a sales inspector for a national pest control company with one goal: do not fail. Jimmy accomplished that goal, he did not fail. Within one year he became the top sales inspector and shortly after, a Branch Manager.
