Woodworks Tree Service, LLC was founded in 2013 by ISA certified arborist, Michael Powell. We serve New York's vibrant Hudson Valley community. Woodworks is dedicated to providing a science-based and eco-friendly approach to modern tree care practices. Michael Powell is a lifelong rock climber and outdoor enthusiast.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Geography from Appalachian State University. He is also a registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Wilderness First Responder (WFR). Following college, Mike began his career with trees as a wildland firefighter with the National Park Service in California.
