Creativo Dance Studio offers professional and fun dance classes for kids, teens, and adults. Founded in 1998 by Daysi Cepeda, director, and owner. Mrs. Cepeda has been teaching for over thirty years, encouraging thousands of participants to develop a love and passion for the art of dance. Our classes teach dancers about culture, technique, history, and performing.
Our students learn to appreciate different music styles, dance vocabulary, and definitions of movements. Also, participants get involved in the process of creating dance choreographies and participating in creative performances. Our kids develop social skills, build confidence, and develop character through performances.

Often Acro dancers learn splits, cartwheel, handstands, front and back walkovers, the scorpion, aerials, and seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context and conditioning classes.The focus of this class is to develop flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control and concentration.

At Creativo Dance Studio we offer Contemporary Dance Classes in Miami for Ages 6 and older at our Miami Dance School. We introduce Ballet and Modern Dance techniques, contact-release, fall and recovery techniques. This class is a medium of self-expression and incorporates elements of different dance genres including modern dance, ballet, jazz, and lyrical techniques.
