Reconcilable Differences

Once you set-up your online portal, you can check your account status, send us a maintenance request, or request more information. If you are a new owner, please call or email us to have Appfolio send you a private activation email. Our management office is located in Merritt Island with hours by appointment only, but our phone is answered Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm.

We take calls on Friday from 9 am to noon. E-mailing requests is a very good way to obtain answers to questions, especially bookkeeping questions. As company president, Michelle oversees all aspects of management and bookkeeping.
