Had the pleasure of working with Mark during my renovation. Not only was he helpful. He provided high quality, easy to follow blue prints for my general contractor. His knowledge of different building codes and requirements helped tremendously. Even after providing me with my drawings, he was always available to answer questions and provide me with advice during the various phases of my home renovation. I highly recommend him.

Mark is the perfect partner to work with, especially if you want to have someone in your corner experienced with all aspects of construction. He's great at designing submittable plans to your city, including all the revisions, local building codes, etc. He is also a very nice guy and is always accessible to answer questions along the way. I used him to do my drawings, but he also hooked me up with skilled workers that I hired to do most of the work. For me as an owner builder, he was the perfect partner to team up with and with very reasonable rates. Plus he has far more building knowledge

We are completely delighted with the quality of the work provided by Mark Greenwald and his crew. In addition to being skilled craftsmen, they show up everyday, are prompt, pleasant and positive. We are so pleased to have found them. They remodeled a bathroom for us and repaired and reroofed our house. They solved many problems that were uncovered along the way ... the kinds of problems that occur when remodeling a house that is over 60 years old! The results are first rate. We are so proud to show off the work that they have done for us.

Mark Greenwald did a major remodel on our home. He was the third contractor we spoke with. The first two wanted to tear down walls, eliminate our dining room and create a megakitchen. After hearing that twice, my wife and I said to each other, "The kitchen they propose would be way too big for our house." Also, my wife liked having a dining room. Mark, on the other hand, LISTENED to what we wanted, made great suggestions and improvements on our unformed ideas and we were very happy with the end results. It is like we have a new home. Also, he and his workers were always on time
