By 1998, Merlin's growth required Bart to move from field supervision to the office. He became the CFO and managed the evolution of Merlin's transition to a technologically advanced company while still focusing on the priority of keeping personal contact with the homeowners. Bart fully supports Steve's vision for Merlin and is honored to work with his brother to carry out the family legacy of building exceptional quality homes in Southern Nevada.
