As a landlord, we know that one of the most common concerns is the quality of the tenant. We agree that it is critically important to have a qualified and responsible tenant who will keep the property in good condition and make rental payments regularly and on time. Finding these tenants, however, is a very time-consuming and sometimes a difficult task.
Application
Report
You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to open the PDF file and print it out. Applications cost $44.00 per person over 18 years old, and married couples must apply separately. Gateway accepts checks or money orders as payment for the screening. Debit or credit card payment can be processed by our screening company for a $1.00 fee.
